Stuhrling Original Regatta Champion Diver Review
Last Updated on September 26, 2020
Although the name of Sturhrling Original may seem to originate in Germany, the reality is that it is an American company located in Brookling, New York, and founded by Chaim Fischer in 1999. This brand is named after the master watchmaker Max Stuhrling who lived in Switzerland in the year 1800.
Sthurling uses high quality materials in the manufacture of their watches, such as boxes designed with 316L surgical steel, high quality leather straps, or the Krysterna glass of which Sturhling was an active part in the development of it and which they claim to have a hardness superior to the Sapphire crystal.
In addition to the great quality of the Stuhrling Original watches, they maintain an excellent value for money they are within the reach of anyone who wants to have a good watch but does not want to spend a lot of money.
The Stuhrling Regatta Champion 395.33B11 that we analyze today is a Diver (diving) watch made with a stainless steel case 42 mm in diameter and 12 mm thick. The bracelet also in stainless steel with a width of 22 mm that can be adjusted without any problem.
The whole watch has an approximate weight of 170 grams; this can be somewhat heavy for some people. However, it is a robust watch with normal measurements for men. The model 395.33B11 comes with bezel also in steel in black with silver numbers.

And as for colors, the Diver model 395.33 from Sturhrling can be purchased in different colors. Choose the one that best suits your preferences.
Protecting the sphere Stuhrling has mounted a Krysterna crystal. This type of glass is resistant to scratches, in essence, it is a “tempered glass” glass similar to that which is mounted on glasses or on the windows of cars. They are crystals with a hardness similar to Sapphire crystals.
In its sphere, we found the hours 3,6,9 and 12 marked in Arabic numerals. The arrow-shaped hands end with a luminescent tip that allows you to see the time in the dark, although it is fair to indicate that the luminescence of them does not last long and is something Stuhrling should have taken care of a little more.
It is resistant to water up to a pressure of 20 ATM or submersible up to 200 meters allowing you to practice any sports activity such as diving, snorkeling, etc. With a Swiss quartz movement Round 515 with hours, minutes, seconds, and a window for the date at 4 o’clock the Regatta Champion has a life of more than 100 years and a battery life of approximately 45 months.
It is a precise and lasting movement with which we have a watch for a long time. The Stuhrling Regatta Champion watch can be purchased in different versions.
